1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1  Access to and use of the jin4d platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jin4d is a 21+ platform and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of jin4d or any of its game providers or payment processing partners.

2.2  By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed in clause 2.1. jin4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account pending verification.

2.3  jin4d acknowledges that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous status in Indonesia. Players access the platform at their own risk and remain solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence. jin4d makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability for any regulatory consequences a player may face as a result of accessing the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player.  Each individual may hold only one active jin4d account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jin4d will close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information.  You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), email address, and primary contact number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes.

3.3 Account Security.  You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. jin4d will never contact you by any channel requesting your password. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jin4d support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 KYC Verification.  jin4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentary evidence — including a copy of a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), a selfie with your ID, and proof of payment method ownership — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point jin4d deems verification necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jin4d support may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure by Player.  If you wish to close your jin4d account voluntarily, contact the 24/7 support team via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jin4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jin4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency networks.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual bank and e-wallet transaction limits apply.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable bank transfer fees.
• jin4d does not charge any platform processing fee on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges independently.
• Funds are credited to your jin4d wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within two to five minutes for bank transfers.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jin4d account. jin4d will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no daily withdrawal limit imposed by jin4d under standard account conditions, though KYC-related holds may apply.
• Under normal operating conditions, jin4d processes approved withdrawal requests within five minutes, 24 hours a day including public holidays and peak periods such as Idul Fitri and Lebaran. Processing times may extend slightly during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume.
• Withdrawals are only permitted from real-money (non-bonus) balances that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses claimed.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a valid jin4d deposit is a serious breach of these Terms. jin4d will immediately suspend the account in question, freeze any remaining balance, and pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal and contractual channels. Players with a legitimate grievance about a transaction must contact jin4d support directly before approaching their payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1  jin4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to a new-player welcome bonus, weekly deposit bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and seasonal event prizes tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan promotions. 5.2 Wagering Requirements.  All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering (turnover) requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion detail page at the time of offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions.  The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. jin4d may apply stricter limits where multi-accounting is suspected.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per qualifying event unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately and may be reclaimed by jin4d at any time if the error is identified.
• jin4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited and in active use at the time of a modification will be honoured under their original terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies, collusion, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

5.4  jin4d is committed to transparency in bonus terms. We do not use hidden wagering conditions, and all turnover requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates are disclosed upfront on every promotion page.

6. Betting & Game Rules

6.1  All games and betting markets available on jin4d are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or via the platform's Help section. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule prevails in respect of gameplay outcomes; these Terms prevail in respect of all financial, account, and conduct matters.

6.2 Togel.  Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are generated by certified independent draw mechanisms. jin4d publishes draw results in real time within the platform. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the draw result being posted.

6.3 Sportsbook.  Sportsbook markets — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are settled in accordance with official match results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 fixtures). In the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or abandonment, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market rules.

6.4 Live Casino.  Live casino games — including those hosted by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the respective game studio. jin4d acts as the platform intermediary; game outcomes are determined entirely by the game provider's certified random number generation or live physical dealing processes.

6.5 Void Bets and Errors.  jin4d reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, pricing, draw configuration, or game display — including but not limited to typographical errors, technical failures, or data feed disruptions. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full. jin4d will communicate any voiding decision and its basis to the affected player.

6.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes.  Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. jin4d reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where warranted by risk management considerations, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jin4d platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one jin4d account, regardless of the means used to create the secondary account.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false, incomplete, or borrowed identity information; impersonating another person; or using identity documents that do not belong to you.
• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus offers through techniques including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, low-variance staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated group bonus exploitation.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exchange information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting activity to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using jin4d to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jin4d cooperates fully with all applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Technical exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players; exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward jin4d staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes with banks or e-wallet providers in relation to legitimate jin4d deposits.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the jin4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jin4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jin4d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any jin4d content without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on jin4d's design, brand identity, or software.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the jin4d website on another domain or platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of jin4d's software or game infrastructure.

8.3  Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Pocket Games Soft, Habanero, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by jin4d under licence. Players may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1  jin4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2  jin4d uses industry-standard 256-bit TLS encryption across all platform endpoints to protect data in transit. Account data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

9.3  jin4d will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, KYC verification service providers, game studios for technical support purposes, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

9.4  jin4d may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, analyse platform usage, and improve the player experience. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of jin4d's cookie practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1  jin4d's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jin4d account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2  jin4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

10.3  jin4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or Indonesian inter-bank payment infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Actions taken by game providers in respect of game malfunctions, errors, or disputes arising within the provider's own systems.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit jin4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by jin4d.  jin4d may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and with immediate effect if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or if jin4d is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, jin4d reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by Player.  You may close your account at any time by contacting jin4d's 24/7 support team. Upon your request, jin4d will process a final withdrawal of your available real-money balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination.  Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the jin4d platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue in full force.

11.4 Self-Exclusion.  Players who wish to exclude themselves from gambling for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard or through the 24/7 support team. jin4d will action self-exclusion requests promptly and will not market gaming products to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. 12. Amendments

12.1  jin4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jin4d will notify registered players via an in-platform notification and update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

12.2  Continued use of the jin4d platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with clause 11.2.

12.3  Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to third-party product names — may be made without advance notice. jin4d will use its reasonable judgement to distinguish minor from material changes and will err on the side of notification where there is any doubt.

13. Governing Law

13.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce regulations. jin4d operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, licensed and regulated internationally, and applies governance standards consistent with internationally recognised gaming compliance frameworks.

13.2  Players who access jin4d from Indonesia do so on the understanding that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is a matter of ongoing legislative development, and that individual players bear sole responsibility for assessing and complying with all laws applicable to them in their place of residence. jin4d makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

13.3 Dispute Resolution.  jin4d is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. In the event of a dispute:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact jin4d's 24/7 support team via live chat. The support team will acknowledge your dispute within one hour and aim to resolve it within 72 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, request escalation to the jin4d Disputes Review team. A senior review will be completed within seven business days.
3. Step 3 — External Review: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, jin4d will cooperate with any applicable independent dispute resolution mechanism available under the platform's international licensing framework.

13.4  Nothing in this clause 13 prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
